Chef De Partie
RS Worldwide is on the lookout for a talented Chef De Partie to join our excellent kitchen team.
As a Chef de Partie with RSW you get to work for our industry leading Client Hotels.
The perfect candidate would be someone who has a minimum of one-year experience as a Chef de Partie and is passionate about food. If you are a hardworking, detail oriented, flexible team player and are willing to grow within our team, this role is for you!
About You
Ability to show a real passion of hotel’s brand and menus
A passion and drive in cooking
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player
Experience in offering exceptional service
Consistently leading by example
Knowledge of kitchen health and safety
Knowledge of food hygiene practices
Your Responsibility,
Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the specialty section
Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
Preparing meat and fish
Assisting with the management of health and safety
Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
Managing and training any Commis Chefs
Monitoring portion and waste control
Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
Desirable and useful but not necessary qualifications include:
Level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace Award
Level 3 Food Safety Awards
